CFO Strategic Advisory Services

We work at the executive and board level to strengthen how your whole finance function supports decision-making, not just reporting.

Fractional. Interim. Strategic. We serve as a senior finance thought partner to executive teams and boards, shaping strategy, pressure-testing the numbers, and translating complex detail into decisions leadership can make with confidence.

  • Cash strategy & financing
  • Financial planning, forecasts & models
  • Executive, investor & board communications
  • KPI frameworks & performance management

Process. People. Continuity. We deliver targeted, project-based support to the day-to-day finance function, redesigning processes, tightening controls, and aligning people to roles so teams shift from reactive work to proactive performance.

  • Finance function assessments &
    redesign
  • Workflow mapping & internal controls
  • Staffing structure & cross-training plans
  • Rapid transition & continuity support

Technology-agnostic. Scalable. Future-ready. We evaluate, design, and optimize the finance technology stack, aligning systems with future growth so reporting sharpens, capacity expands, and internal teams carry less of the technical load.

  • Technology assessments & gap analysis
  • Finance stack architecture (GL, FP&A, AP, BI)
  • Platform selection & vendor evaluation
  • AI, automation & BI strategy

Established middle-market organizations, across a range of industries.

We also work with smaller, fast-scaling companies preparing to build the right financial infrastructure ahead of their next stage of growth.

Financial reporting that isn’t reliable or clear enough to guide board decisions

Budgeting and forecasting that lack transparency or discipline
