Frank Aldridge

Managing Director and Head of Special Projects

Frank serves as the Head of Special Projects at Geller. Frank has 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, specializing in research, business strategy, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and venture investing.

In his role, Frank provides bespoke research and analysis for clients in support of their business operations and strategic goals. He also works on ad hoc projects in support of capital raising, corporate structuring, and business transformation for clients. In addition, Frank specializes in the analysis and evaluation of potential strategic acquisition and investment opportunities, including the development of acquisition strategies, business valuations, deal negotiation support, and integration planning support.

Frank also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Julien’s Auctions, a Los Angeles-based entertainment memorabilia auction house and portfolio company of Geller.

Prior to joining Geller, Frank was a Principal in the internal venture investing group at Bank of New York Mellon. While there, he worked across business units to develop digital strategies to modernize the Bank’s operations and led the Bank’s start-up technology investments.

Earlier in his career, Frank was a Vice President in the Strategy and Corporate Development group at Tradeweb Markets LLC. He started his career in the audit practice at Ernst & Young LLP and later served in the firm’s consulting practice within the financial services industry.

Frank received a Master of Business Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Georgia. He is a CFA® Charterholder.
