Steve serves as Head of Tax Services at Geller & Company and Geller Advisors LLC. He has over thirty years of experience in the tax services industry, focusing on advising public and privately held companies on an extensive range of global business issues. He has a deep understanding of the technical and complex tax implications of domestic and international business decisions. Steven is responsible for overseeing the global tax planning, compliance and audit defense of Geller & Company’s Corporate Tax Department.
Steve’s background includes specialization in developing and implementing tax solutions associated with business change, including supply chain, e-commerce issues and other domestic and international topics. He is also a former law firm partner where he advised clients on transactions (including mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances and joint ventures), developed and refined innovative structural solutions to problems and rendered day-to-day advice on how to obtain optimum tax results.
Steve attended New York University, School of Law where he earned an LLM in Taxation. He also earned a JD from Boston College and a BA in Economics and Philosophy from Northwestern University.
