Through our appreciation of diversity and our continued commitment to equity and inclusion, we aim to create an environment that allows equal access and opportunities for all.

We value the unique qualities that make our professionals who they are and the wide-ranging viewpoints and experiences they bring. We strive to create a sense of belonging for all professionals—and recognize that this important work begins with each of us acting as change agents for a more diverse and inclusive workplace.

To create an environment where our professionals feel their voices are heard and see themselves reflected in our company’s policies and procedures, we launched an internal operating structure through our Community Outreach for Diversity & Inclusion (C.O.D.I.) initiative—inclusive of a Diversity & Inclusion Leader, Advisory Board, Operations Team, and Community Affairs Team, and comprising active sponsorship from organizational leaders.


Our Commitment

C.O.D.I. began as a grassroots initiative. The goal was to ensure that—as our firm grew—we sustained a culture where all perspectives are welcomed and respected.

Over the years C.O.D.I. has successfully served as our platform to create awareness for challenges surrounding diversity, promote appreciation of diverse cultures, and move forward efforts to strengthen our workplace community through inclusion.

Today, C.O.D.I. remains committed to providing equal opportunity for our professionals and supporting their development. Through our appreciation of diversity and our continued commitment to inclusion, we strive to foster a sense of belonging for all.

Prioritizing Community through Cultural Celebrations, Networking, Mentorship & Community Outreach

We strive to create an environment where everyone at Geller & Company feels they can bring their whole, authentic selves to work each day. While this work continues to evolve, these are some of the ways in which we are working to build a more inclusive community and workplace culture:

  • Providing access to senior leaders through “Office Hours” and “Get to Know Geller” programs
  • Connecting colleagues through a number of professional resource groups—from young professionals to working parents and events focused on developing effective communication and leadership skills
  • Hosting both in-person and virtual cultural celebrations to bring a greater awareness and understanding to our firm’s diversity, and afford all professionals the opportunity to explore the cultures of their colleagues that come together to make us who we are

We understand that in order to mitigate potential bias, we must first better understand where it may appear.

Geller & Company prioritizes and mandates annual, externally conducted diversity training for our entire workforce.

We also are committed to examining our interview and hiring processes to ensure equitable opportunities for all applicants, and strive to promote internal mobility across the firm to provide our professionals with continued growth and development opportunities.
