James A. Jacaruso, Jr.

A tax specialist with over 20 years of experience, James A. Jacaruso, Jr. serves
as Tax Director of Geller Family Office Services LLC. James is responsible for
helping to manage its tax group, staff training, practice development, and all
client-related functions such as compliance and tax planning.

Prior to joining Geller & Company, James was head of the tax department at
Charles Pratt & Company, a family office and registered investment advisory
firm in New York. He was previously a consultant on tax issues for Evercore
Partners and Credit Suisse, and senior tax director at investment advisory
firm KLS Professional Advisors Group. Early in his career he held senior tax
positions at accounting firms Deloitte and Touche and Ernst & Whinney.

Throughout his career, James has been providing tax strategy, tax planning
and tax services to high net worth families and individuals, partnerships and
corporations. He has worked and supervised extensively on a wide range of tax
matters for investment advisory firms and leading accounting firms based in
New York.

James is a graduate of Hofstra University with a B.B.A. in public accounting.
